Maria-Christina Oliveras

MCO is an award-winning first generation Filipina and Puerto Rican actor, singer, and activist from the Bronx, NY. Her career spans film, television and theater, and she is known for creating roles in a number of world premieres on and off Broadway, regionally, and internationally.
MCO recently wrapped the independent feature, Vivien and the Florist, starring Carla Gugino and Matthew Modine and returns to Broadway this Spring 2026 as Luz Baccay in the world premiere of THE BALUSTERS written by Pulitzer Prize and Tony winner, David Lindsay-Abaire, directed by Tony Award winner, Kenny Leon. She received her B.A. with honors from Yale University and her M.F.A. in Acting from the National Theatre Conservatory.
